A University of Illinois graduate with a degree in Finance from the Gies College of Business, Wiater has been instrumental in driving PTP’s continued success in strategic client engagement. He has earned Top Business Development Manager honors three of the last four quarters.
Currently at 140% of quota, Wiater has continually exceeded his growth targets, reaching 130% (2023), 150% (2022), and 133% (2021).
As Client Partner, he takes on expanded responsibilities, including the training of new sales associates and an increased role in the firm’s artificial intelligence (AI) offerings, as one of the firm’s subject matter experts in AI-powered consulting and talent solutions.
