Jay Johnson

Jay comes from a lifelong background in Promotion and Marketing in the entertainment industry, this led him to the people and creative side where he grew into helping companies grow with a focus on relationships, strategy, people and profitability.

Through his tenure with Peterson he has held positions of Recruiting Manager, VP of Sales and Marketing and is currently VP of Operations. What keeps Jay going is every day is a new challenge and being able to work with PTP Sales, Recruiting, HR, Marketing and Finance departments and daily interaction with consultants and clients. Being able to wear whatever hat is needed, is what keeps it fun!
