Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Project Lead with experience in proprietary sales and events systems and strong project coordination skills to support system implementation across our Inclusive Collection. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sales & Events Systems project team and key stakeholders within Inclusive Collection Operations, playing an essential part in advancing leadership in hospitality.

Position Responsibilities:

This position supports planning, logistics, and delivery of sales and events system training for Inclusive Collection properties, including participating directly in training sessions to provide hands on support to the specialists and learners. This role involves managing communication with the project stakeholders, configuration of the systems and onboarding colleagues into technology eco system. This position is responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered smoothly, consistently and on schedule.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and maintain the project timeline, tracking milestones, tasks, and dependencies. 
  • Support cross functional teams by ensuring training deliverables stay on schedule and escalating risks as needed.
  • Manage, coordinate and communicate the onboarding schedule for each hotel. Liaise with hotel leadership to plan for successful deployment and onboarding experience at the hotel, including but not limited to training space and equipment needed, travel coordination, resource availability to support the training.
  • Support Envision training and development plans for the project team.
  • Facilitator: Our deployment and onboarding processes will have both virtual and onsite components. This role will execute engaging both virtual and in-person classroom series to guide on-property teams through the build and learning processes needed to adopt meaningful use of systems.
  • Lead the sales and events systems introduction, training, and deployment processes for proprietary sales and events systems. This includes guiding our on-property teams to the system configurations which best fit their market segment needs and team dynamics to result in the most efficient customer relationship and revenue-driving business practices.
  • Duration 18 months
  • Business Travel Required. While not a traveling job, this role could require travel regionally to champion the deployment and usage of our product being deployed to hotel sales & events
  • Remote position

Experience And Qualifications:

  • Diverse hotel management experience in sales & events (5+ years)
  • Deep knowledge and experience with Sales & Event Systems
  • Experience in managing multiple initiatives (3+ years)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in speaking, written, and reading English and Spanish

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in project coordination
  • Proficiency with project management software

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field

Location:

  • Mexico or U.S. based

Salary/Rate: $40-$50/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
