What You'll Do:

• Build and grow strategic client relationships within enterprise and mid-market organizations

• Drive new business development and account expansion

• Generate new opportunities for IT staffing and staff augmentation services

• Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver top technology talent to clients

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure

• Maintain a strong pipeline and revenue growth within your accounts

What We're Looking For:

āœ” 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing / IT Services sales

āœ” Proven ability to win new business and grow accounts

āœ” Experience managing enterprise or strategic clients

āœ” Strong network of hiring managers, procurement, or technology leaders
